Rochfords are the North of England's premier vehicle recovery and servicing center.

Recovery
We offer 24 hour service covering Durham, Northumberland, Cumbria, Cleveland and into North Yorkshire. Any technician with vehicle, attending 'Cut Out / Non Start' incident has sufficient tools and diagnostics equipment  for the technician to enable journey continuation whenever possible.

Communications
All technicians use a vehicle to base communications system to allow part location or technical information to be relayed. Customer message relaying is available throughout the process.

Servicing & MOT
Our main Durham Road site is a 24-hour repair and reception facility. Incorporating a fully fitted workshop, many spares including an extensive tyre stock and comprehensive diagnostic equipment.

Customer Facillities
Our customer reception area is designed and run to ease the trauma of motorists who have suffered a breakdown or other inconvenience. A customer viewing area, toilets, children's toys and hot and cold drinks.

Brandon Road Site
At Brandon Road we have a 6 bay workshop plus 3 4 post ramps and similar customer facilities as at Durham Road.

Vehicle Storage
Outdoor storage for 80 vehicles aswell as secure indoor storage for SOCO related incidents. All facilities are CCTV monitored.
